PATRICK DICAPRIO - VP - EDITOR IN CHIEF

Patrick decided to use his MIT education not to get rich in the tech markets but to write about fantasy baseball. He has been playing fantasy baseball since 1985, becoming entranced after reading the very first edition of Rotisserie League Baseball by Dan Okrent.

Patrick has written for many sites. In 2007 he started the Fantasy Baseball Generals blog, which quickly became one of the most highly respected fantasy blogs on the internet. In 2007 Patrick wrote a regular column for The Hardball Times Fantasy Focus blog, and in 2008 moved on to Fanball.com. His work has appeared at the USAToday.com Fantasy Sports section, Fanball.com, Ownersedge.com, RotoTimes.com, The Hardball Times, Melnick and Greco Fantasy Sports, RotoAuthority.com and many other sites.

Patrick is one of the most respected writers in the fantasy industry, making a name for himself in a short time by using science and economics as well as history to analyze fantasy baseball strategy, and touts the idea that decision making is not about results but about improving the thinking process. He also believes that many of the fantasy baseball clichés are simply not true and frequently writes in opposition to these old fantasy baseball tenets.

The Fantasy Baseball Roundtable gathers some of the best writers in the Fantasy Baseball Industry to debate current topics and trends in Fantasy Baseball. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it
